Waiver & Release of Liability

You voluntarily accept all risks associated with financial education, simulated trading, AI-assisted tutoring and online competitions, including the risk of acting on information that later proves inaccurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], its owners, officers, employees, instructors, affiliates, licensors, contractors, volunteers, sponsors and partners from all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, reliance on any content, participation in any competition or event, or any interruption of service — except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

• Educational content and AI responses may contain errors or omissions.
• Technical interruptions, bugs, downtime, maintenance windows and data loss may occur.
• Market data may be delayed or inaccurate.
• I am responsible for independently verifying educational materials before making financial decisions.
• Simulated results are hypothetical and do not predict real outcomes.

Where a learner is under 18, the parent, legal guardian or authorised school representative accepts this waiver on the learner's behalf and confirms they will supervise the learner's use of the Platform. A typed name submitted in our forms constitutes a legally binding electronic signature.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you actually paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, data or opportunity.

If any part of this waiver is unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. This waiver is governed by the laws of [STATE/COUNTRY OF GOVERNING LAW].
