• Copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property infringement
• Uploading malware, malicious scripts or harmful code
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract source code or models
• Unauthorised automation, scraping, bots or bulk data extraction
• Account sharing, seat stuffing or reselling access
• Credential theft, phishing or accessing another user's account
• Cheating on quizzes, certifications or competitions, including undisclosed AI-generated submissions
• Manipulating simulations, exploiting pricing bugs or artificially inflating leaderboards
• Uploading illegal, obscene, defamatory or otherwise unlawful content
• Spam, chain messages or unsolicited promotion
• Security or penetration testing without our prior written permission

2. Score, badge or certificate revocation and competition disqualification
3. Feature restriction or temporary suspension
4. Permanent account termination without refund where the violation is serious or repeated
5. Referral to schools, employers or law enforcement where appropriate
