1. Who Can Hold an Account
Accounts may only be created and operated by individuals aged 18 or older, or by an authorised school or organisation. Children do not register directly.
2. Verifiable Parental Consent
Where a learner under 13 uses the Platform under a parent, guardian or school account, the supervising adult provides consent before the learner participates. Schools may provide consent on behalf of parents for classroom use where permitted by applicable law.
3. What We Collect About Younger Learners
- First name or display name and grade level
- Lesson, quiz and simulation progress
- Certificates, badges and competition entries submitted through the supervising account
- Limited technical and security data needed to operate the service
We do not require a child's precise location, government ID, real financial account details, or more personal information than is reasonably necessary to participate.
4. How It Is Used
Only to deliver lessons, track learning progress, issue certificates, administer competitions the supervising adult enrolled in, and keep accounts secure. We do not use children's information for behavioural advertising, and we do not sell it.
6. Parent and School Rights
- Review the personal information we hold about the learner
- Request correction or deletion
- Withdraw consent and stop further collection
- Request removal of the learner from competitions or leaderboards
Send requests to [PRIVACY EMAIL]. We verify the requester before acting.
7. Retention
Learner records are retained while the supervising account is active or as directed by the school, and are deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period afterwards.
